Peter A. Schey, President & Executive Director
Peter Schey has served as the president and Executive Director of
the CHRC, Inc. since its inception in 1997. The CHRCL, Inc. was
incorporated in order to provide legal and social services to
unaccompanied and homeless youth, including unaccompanied immigrant
youth under the age of 18. Among other projects, the CHRCL, Inc.
operates the Casa Libre/Freedom House homeless youth shelter. An

of this page.

Luciana Svidler - Casa Libre/Freedom Program Director
Ms. Svidler is responsible for the coordination and administration of the Casa Libre/Freedom House homeless youth shelter.

Chris Ysais, Casa Libre Administrator/Director of Case Management
Mr. Ysais is responsible for assessing and providing all case
management needs of the Casa Libre shelter's residents, including
family reunification efforts, educational testing and placement, the
provision of medical care as needed, etc. He is also responsible for
after-care services provided to former residents of the Casa Libre. He
also serves as administrator of the Casa Libre/Freedom House shelter.

Sergio Serna, Program Director
Mr. Serna is responsible for directing the activities of the CHRCL,
Inc. homeless youth project. He is also responsible for organizing
workshops and tutors for the casa Libre shelter.
