Peter A. Schey, President & Executive Director
Peter Schey has served as the president and Executive Director of
the CHRCL, Inc. since its inception in 1997. The CHRCL, Inc. was
incorporated in order to provide legal and social services to
unaccompanied and homeless youth, including unaccompanied immigrant and refugee
youth under the age of 18. Among other projects, the CHRCL, Inc.
operates Casa Libre/Freedom House, a homeless youth shelter. An

Chelsea Bell - Casa Libre/Freedom House Program Director
Ms. Bell is responsible for the coordination and administration of the Homeless Youth Projects, including the Casa Libre/Freedom House shelter. Ms. Bell assesses and provides all case
management needs of the Casa Libre shelter's residents, including
family reunification efforts, educational testing and placement, the
provision of medical care as needed, etc. She also coordinates the after-care services provided to former residents of Casa Libre.

Joel Aceves, Emmanuel Martinez, Jose Alvarez and Joseph Bolinger
Mr.
Aceves, Mr. Martinez, Mr. Alvarez and Mr. Bolinger serve as Youth Counselors and
over-night staff for the Casa Libre homeless youth shelter. They provide support and guidance to shelter residents and act as role models for all youth who enter the program.
Eloida De la Cruz - Casa Libre/Freedom House Kitchen Manager
Ms. De la Cruz has been managing the kitchen at Casa Libre/Freedom House for 6 years. She is responsible for the weekly shopping trips, maintaining health code standards and providing healthy meals for the residents on a daily basis.
